CGS currently houses (1) full automated production line equipped with a robot, saw and drill fixture. Currently, there are plans to install a second automated line for the automotive industry in the spring of 2021. On the current production line, CGS can saw, drill and package up to 2,000 parts per day, while the new line will also have welding capabilities.

Aside from the automated lines, CGS also houses (2) separate Bridgeport production cells, where smaller production mill runs can run with ease. CGS currently runs jobs from 10 parts to 5,000 parts at a time, which includes cutter blades for the aluminum industry, and brackets for the automotive industry.

 

With multiple five-axis lathe/mill capabilities, CGS also currently runs production lathe jobs for the crane industry, automotive industry and aluminum industry. Whatever the need, CGS will do whatever it takes to make it happen!
